Why It’s Good
Before I actually detail what form of cardio I think is great for all levels, I wanted to actually give a few reasons why I enjoy this cardio so much.
This form of cardio is incredibly easy to do, both skill wise and on the joints. It’s a perfect form of low impact exercise that someone who is very fit can use in their daily lives, in addition to an 80 year old who has never worked out before. In other words, it is very scaleable to your level.
Free exercise is much better than exercise you need to pay for (sometimes.) If you are just starting out, many people don’t like paying extra money to get into shape. This form of weight loss cardio is completely free, limiting that as a barrier for individuals.
You Can Multitask
This form of cardio also has a huge benefit in that you can actually multitask while doing it. When I was in college I always studied notes when doing this cardio. You can even do things like making phone calls as well. It’s a great way to stay efficient!
It Can Build Momentum
Sometimes you don’t have a lot of energy to do anything throughout the day. This form of cardio is perfect in how easy it is to get started. It doesn’t take much willpower, and can help you build momentum into doing a bigger workout, or just some tasks you don’t want to do.
What’s the Exercise?
The excellent weight loss cardio for any ability is walking! It is so easy to do, can be made tougher by adding a backpack or something similar, and is a great thing to implement into any routine. Add some walking in today!
