All Strong Fitness will be heading out to Dubuque Iowa to assist the local Special Olympics Scott County team competing at the Iowa Winter Games.

Renew Your Mental Health as You Age
As we age, our body changes into something that we may or may not have expected. Mental health and stress go hand in hand. This day will help to recharge your mental health, decrease your overall stress, and improve your life as you move into your “golden years.”
Join Logan Anderson, owner of All Strong Fitness, for a relaxing mental health retreat, focusing on therapeutic exercise, stress reduction, and an opportunity to speak with other older adults about their mental and physical abilities.
This retreat will include meditation, perspectives on life to help mental health, and practical guidance on stress relief and living the best live as you age.

Special Needs Family Day on The Prairie
If you have a child or loved one with special needs, finding engaging activities to keep them entertained is sometimes difficult!
Join Logan Anderson, owner of All Strong Fitness LLC, for a therapeutic recreation family day at The Prairie.
The day will involve a low impact exercise class, crafts and games, and time to enjoy inclusive discussion and stories in the group. Join us for a fun filled day of laughter, fun activities, and an environment of social inclusion regardless of who you are!

All Strong Fitness will be traveling to Berlin Germany, to assist Special Olympics as a health, fitness, and advocate volunteer at the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin!
