First things first, ensure the Stairmaster is stable and turned off, before stepping on. Once you’re on, you’ll notice an array of buttons. Hit the green “start” button on one of the handles to kick off your workout or use the quick start for a quicker time.
Adjust your intensity with the plus or minus buttons on the handles, and keep an eye on your heart rate with the sensors on the two side handles. Remember, the steps may feel narrower than a typical staircase, so take your time and be mindful of your balance.
A quick tip: After your workout, step off one at a time, not jumping down from the top all the way. Try this approach, and happy sweating!
