5 Early Warning Signs You Will DIE by 60

Hair, Skin, and Nail Health

Your hair, skin, and nails are highly correlated to your overall health. These things are built of proteins in your body. If you don’t have enough protein, or aren’t able to use the protein as efficiently to make and repair cells, then this is where you can start to see an issue. If your hair is not lush, your nails are brittle, and your skin is pail, this is a bad sign.

High Resting Heart Rate

Your heart does a tremendous amount of work, every day, to keep you alive. If you have a high resting heart rate, this means that your heart has to do EVEN MORE work than it normally does to keep you alive. Over time, this puts a large amount of stress on the heart and arteries, which can lead to issue with the integrity of these tissues.

Where Your Fat is Stored

If you store most of your fat around your midsection, this is a problem. Fat that is stored around the midsection, usually notes a high amount of visceral fat in the body. This type of fat is associated with wrapping around your organs, and ultimately will lead to increased inflammation through the body. Inflammation, when not treated over the long term, can lead to numerous different diseases.

Everyday Tasks are Hard

If you notice that going up a flight of stairs, walking your dog, or taking in the groceries is incredibly difficult for you, this could be a sign that you will die young. Not having proper physical health is heavily associated with a weakening of your muscles, connective tissues, and even your heart. If you don’t start exercising and challenging your body, then it will slowly start to deteriorate. If you are interested on following a low-impact exercise program, we have designed a couple that you can use, below.

Your Sleep Is Bad

If you sleep poorly, this is not good news. Sleeping is the one time of the day where your body can recover from all of the stresses put on it throughout the day. If you do not sleep well, you likely have something bad going on with your health. In addition to this, you can’t recover from the stresses from the day, which will ALSO lead to even worse health outcomes for yourself.

These are just a few of many early signs of premature death. Make sure to take care of yourself, and make changes to improve your health so you can avoid them from happening!
