2K Rowing Challenge

I haven’t rowed a 2k in nearly three years! In college I used to row a lot, including a marathon row that I completed in 3 hours and 8 minutes. The video linked above shows me doing a 2k row, which I ended up completing in about 7 minutes and 47 seconds. It was quite a fun challenge that everyone can do!
