How many people do you know start a diet, and are super hardcore. Only eating chicken, broccoli, and rice they are ready to watch the fat melt away. This actually doesn’t have to be the case. There was actually a study done, where a professor ate only junk food like twinkies, cookies, and cakes, and was still able to lose weight. This is in large part to do with the last and most important piece of advice.
Focus on Your Overall Calories
Many of the tips addressed are focused on the overall calories you are consuming. If you are eating less calories per day than you burn, you will lose weight. This does not matter if you are eating on a “healthy” diet, only junk food, or just bananas.
