My First Time Rock Climbing Was…
I just tried out rock climbing for the first time the other day in Dallas, Texas. This was quite an eye opening experience on just how hard rock climbing is as a form of physical activity. If you have never tried it, I would highly recommend trying it out. Not only is it a great upper body exercise, but you also work your legs and core muscles quite a bit as well.
