Through modern activities, humans have become “front focused” in their movements. This simply means that we do a lot of activities in front of us, often overusing these muscles. Because of this, we have found ourselves becoming hunched over in life, leading to many potential issues. This is amplified in seniors and individuals with disabilities who already don’t get enough physical activity as is. The good news, is that we can work certain muscles to help us improve our posture.
